Lost my Spring

Do to the process of elimination I have identified this as a primrose. I inherited them in my one garden area and I now have it spread to two other locations.

These are even growing in rough conditions as I haven't cleared the water grass out of it yet. I forget that they are even in the garden until the bright yellow flowers in the garden.

The sunflowers seem to get a kink in their stems and yet the tops keep pointing upwards. They are growing there because I didn't clean up a dead head of seed in the spot. I had to thin them out to get what I have there now.

I worked in the backyard this morning. It was warm enough that I was in short sleeves. I finished up the trimming with my weed eater. I discovered my trimmer had lost one important spring in it to make it work better. It fell apart the day ago and it all fell in pieces. The spring must have fallen somewhere in the grass. I can replace it and maybe I won't have to fight with it anymore. We did get up to 77 degrees F. today and it seems like a good temp. Tomorrow will be another day of yard work.

Thanks for stopping by today.
