This is one of my favorite spots in Grand Marais, Minnesota. My wife and I like to paint along this shoreline, and drink coffee and eat doughnuts. It is peaceful on most days, but when the wind blows the waves come in with great force and the seagulls can be seen out there bobbing around. It is winter up there right now but spring is coming and the sounds of Lake Superior will gear up for another beautiful summer.
