The streets are wet and the sprinkles keep coming. It is also cold to make being outside very uncomfortable. The grass is growing with the great moisture.
The tulips close up a bit when it is cold. At least there isn't an ice coating on them like it has done in years past.
The burning bush is sprouting leaves. I am wait to see if the parts that looked dead last fall may not be dead at all. The hurricane winds were rough treatment for the bush. I will just be waiting to see if I need to cut back things or not.
The creeping phlox seems to look dead and then there are blooms. It seems to be overgrowing its planted area and I may have cut it back.
This is Saturday and I am glad that I cancelled my plans to go to the old place this morning. It will be warm again soon and then I can work at seeding the lawn up there. I hope to get out and take pictures of my red bud tree but I don't think the buds are opened into blooms yet.
Thanks for stopping by today.

Your yard looks lush and the tulips are a pretty color. It is raining and cooler here too.
Looks like you have lots of green grass and spring !!
Nice to see all those flowering trees on your street.
