It was ten degrees F. this morning when I ventured out to take this shot. The bare feet on the deck made it to be a quick shot.
When my cockatiel lost its brother I could tell he really missed his company. I bought a zebra finch to keep him as a friend. They do talk to each other in their own ways. That will up the activity in the aviary.

Afternoon tea is a new tradition for me. I drink so much coffee that I started to have a cup of tea in the afternoon. Sugar free Voortman Wafers make the tea break more pleasant. The wafers help to keep the continual battle against high blood sugar easier and a more safer sugar fix. . It is a good time to get my blogging done for the day. Thanks for checking in.
