Friday's forest flowers......

A study of line..... a dot that moves in a direction.....
I have milked this stand of flowers for months now. It will soon be gone but spring brings us hope.
A group of palm trees right, no, I will need to get these rhubarb stalks harvested soon as they are loosing one leaf at a time. The rains have given us a good crop from this second year plant.

Lovely flowers..
Rhubarb, are you going to make a pie ? My grandma made stewed rhubarb and custard every Sunday, it was a treat !
Now my mouth is watering ;)

Yesterday I had a piece of rhubarb cake that was delicious. Now I wish I had a rhubarb plant.

The plant in the bottom photo looks like some type of palm tree grown as decorative plant. The top photo looks like a flower forest.

I know! My garden here looks like a pile of dying leaves now. I have to go and trim them off before the snow, but I can't do it yet...it is too much a finality of summer and autumn.
