This is just a spot to visit, of one who is on a journey. You can see my projects, plants, family, pets, artworks, antiques and anything else that comes along.

Sunday
It was a cold night but the day is going to warm up to almost 70 degrees. The week will be a warmer week for our fall weather. It really is a normal fall for us. The corn and beans are being brought in out of the field and the leaves are definitely falling.
The birch tree is fun to watch as it sheds it leaves. Its first batch of leaves to fall do it by making it look like a rain shower of leaves. Without wind or rain, the leaves fall straight down like raindrops continually in an orderly manner. The straight vertical fall makes it different than any of the other trees where the other trees let their leaves float back and forth. The yard is now covered with a blanket of yellow leaves.
Have a good day and thanks for stopping by the blog today.

Beautiful, Larry. Wonderful colours!
Very nice Autumn leaves, Larry. Hope you and Della enjoy a nice Sunday.
You sound quite a specialist in leaf fall patterns!
I am not an expert but it is funny to look out our bay window and see yellow birch leaves dropping like little bombs at war falling in such a straight vertical fashion.
How were the corn and bean crops in your area? I know a lot of the country suffered from drought and had terrible crops!
