Tuesday's Trees.........

Looking up the street while walking Barney I decided to try an iphone shot. You can see our birch tree is getting to be bright yellow and yellow-orange.

The neighbor's maple tree is showing off its color.  I like how the branches show up with a dark black or brown color.

Trees along the Des Moines River were not at their peak of showing color. The river is really high with all the rains that took place north of us. When we took the train ride we did see some really red trees but the show of fall was somewhat disappointing. It was still a great ride along the river and among the trees.

It was a warm day yesterday but a cool front is now pushing into the area.  Fall is here now and to have a warm day was a gift.   I appreciate your stopping by today.

Cooler here but great working outside weather! All your photos are wonderful, some years the trees are not as vibrant as others. :)

Our phone photo's come out good. And that was a surprise to me, but it is more trouble downloading them.
Winter is coming here they say next week, with much cold temp.

It's fun to be able to see the area surrounding your home where you walk Barney. Love the trees. It seems that Autumn is not as colorful as it was in years past.
