The century old cemetery iris grows in my garden. They are small and yet have wonderful lines and subtle colors. I have a big planting of these as they are tough and are a spreader.
The neighbor who moved away gave some samples of here iris bed. This light blue is one that I have never owned before now.
The drought is almost over and look at this hosta taking off. It is my largest leafed hosta and I thought I had lost it. It sits right next to the waterbarrel so I will be treating it s pecail
These newly planted hosta are taking off this year also. I really like the colors on this one. It is too confusing to remember where I got these hosta.
It is another old fashion iris. It isn't as large as a hybrid but it has great colors. I I can see from my sun room that I have some newer iris in bloom. I was at an appointment this morning so it took away my time to take photos. I have another appointment Friday morning so I will lose another day not being at home. We will have hot sun all afternoon so I will go out after supper to take shots. Rain forecast was removed so we will keep drying out. Thanks for stopping by today.
