Get your Geese in a Row......

While I was being slap happy with the camera Monday night I took an image this figurine.  It is an unusual as the artist/sculpture did create emotion on the face of the mother goose.

It may just be the way she holds her head but she is watching out for those two.

One of the kids had this matchbox toy truck.  I never really took notice of it  but it is a replica of an old French bread delivery truck.  It is a small truck even though the close up of it makes it look big.

It is going to warm up today before it drops back down to the deep cold again.  We should melt some of this snow with it being above freezing.  The Des Moines area is going to be about 35 degrees F. so we may make it to 33 or near that.  It will seem like a heat wave and the furnace might shut off for a break once in a while during the day.   Snow returns on Friday afternoon.

I am sitting in the Middle School office today managing the phones and recording absent students.  It seems like a slow morning so far but it will be picking up as the day goes by.  Both offices have inexperienced people at their desks.  I hope nothing serious crops up during the day.  It is a shortened school day today. Thank you for stopping by at my blog.
