The Monday’s Report.....

These are two shots of the same one.  I do have two squirrels but I think they are now both the same size. This one walks along the top of the fences coming from the southeast.

The sun was so bright that I couldn’t see the results of the photo in the viewfinder.  It did get a good record of what is out there.  I wanted to get a shot of the pussy willow tree behind the blue spruce tree. One can see the whitish color coming from the disintegrating buds of the tree. The earth is tilting back moree when I see the angle of the shadows of the fence now. The neighbors next door are home from Arizona arriving on Saturday. He and his wife spent a lot of the winter down south missing the large amounts of snow and polar vortex temperatures.

Spring in Iowa does mean that we will have a month of rainy weather.  Yesterday we saw large chunks of ice on the Des Moines River that must have come from northern Iowa.  It had to have been funneled through the spillway at the dam and the ice would have been on the lake.

Thanks for stopping in today.

How quickly the snow leaves once it starts to go! Now you have flowers already.
We are having an extra wet beginning to April. My flooded areas of the yard are flooded all over again.

Cute shots of the squirrels. Fun to see the shadows created by the fence. Those flowers are so vibrant. Hope you both have a good night.

Lovely flowers, right now I am mad at all squirrels they ate through a plastic gas can...the bums. Hope Della is feeling better and you are both enjoying the sunshine:)
