In the Middle.........

The last tree is up and it is in a location where the lighting is bad for taking a photo.  I needed to go find the trains that go under this tree at the time the photo was taken.

As the storeroom keeps getting rearranged and cleaned I can now find both sets of trains easily.  There were years when I had to really dig to find them.  This one was under a box and I had not remembered that I had put the pieces into a nice plastic storage box.

I keep rearranging them under the little tree as the toy cabinet that it sets on is a small surface.  I didn't put the track under this one so far but probably will piece a few pieces together to help them stay straight.  The top of this cabinet has a removable top in which it can have the wood piece in place or a piece of glass on it so you can see down into it.

I turned down a couple of associate jobs today as I have some things to get done at home. My wife has a painting to be shipped and I have some frame job repairs to make for a deadline.  I will work all day at school tomorrow but today I will work at home.

The days are cold when the wind blows but on the most part just above freezing is good for this time of the  year.  It is bearable to be outside when I do get out and the dogs don't mind being out either.  Button likes to wander and smell the whole backyard when it isn't too cold.   I appreciate you stopping by today.  I hope all is well with you and family too.  Thanks.

We have sun today but it is cold and windy. I always enjoy you and your wife sharing your decorations, trees and trains. Glad your sweet dogs can get out in the yard a little. You two enjoy the afternoon.

I have enjoyed reading previous posts about your holiday decorations, Larry, and like that you put trains under the trees. The bisque camels looked fine as they are. We had a nor'easter all day on Tuesday and a rainy day today, but no snow and temps in the 40s.
