A Sunny Sunday

The feeder was replenished and the birds did come. I had not filled it for a while and the feeder was picked clean. Sparrows like to feed in groups flying in altogether and leaving the same way.

The dinner plate hibiscus is reblooming or late blooming. I have about six or more buds ready to put out these flowers. I was surprised to see this but the long drought sort of shut them down and a rain did bring these last ones back.

I keep taking shots of the blue spruce because the color is so great. It has been rained on and the sun is shining on it to make it brighter. The grass need to be cut but I will wait a few more days.

The sunshine also brightens the colors of the zinnia. We escaped frost and freezing so far even though it was pretty cold.

We are having a quiet Sunday afternoon. It is cold but the sun is shining and that is good and it looks good out there.  Thanks for stopping by today.
