The shine on the trees is now gone as we rose from 3°F to now 29° F. We are melting with the sun shine causing the snow to go slushy.
I can keep an eye on my neighbor's solar panels out our back windows. I like to imagine as to how much gain they are making with the frost and snow on the panels. This afternoon they are getting full power as their house sits at an angle like ours which gives it direct sunlight.
The cardinals were darting in and out this morning for seed and once that I refilled the feeder they have not returned.
The starling puts out a dark presence as he digs out the seeds from the suet. The mob didn't show up with this one but a couple of others did visit a couple of times.
Thanks for stopping by today.
The snow missed us as did the rain:) Very pretty Cardinal! :)
