Yuka Yuccaa

The sun shines bright on a cold day. The ash tree is a wonderful tree. I didn't plant it but I am glad that they chose it. It is a perfect specimen for an ash tree.

The leaves on it are more like lace petals with all the small little leaves. They are like confetti as they drop to the ground. They do move through the eaves trough with ease as the float down the spout leavving piles of little green shapes.

When the lower branches are eventually trimmed the shape will change and it will still be a good shape.  The city tree guy says it would be a good tree along the street but it would have to be kept trimmed to be a narrower shape.

We got two tenths of an inch of rain last night and it stayed very humid through the morning. It coated this rose like it was covered with sugar.

I worked with my fish tanks this morning and collected fish from one of my outside tubes, netting them and bringing the inside. I netted many guppies and my two gold fish. I like have them around as they are such great color and stay active in a tank causing lots of movement to see.

Thanks for stopping by today.
