Saturday's Stuff....

Dead inside and out now. I will harvest seeds for spring planting and watch the snow build up on the garden soil.

A view of the neighbors big tree shows the leaves falling. I used to think it was a birch but now I don't think so. Its leaves are similar but the bark is not birch. The two burning bushes have different colors. Soon we will see a guy scrambling around on his roof to put up Christmas lights.

The dogwood shrub is loosing its leaves. It has turned colors and is soon to be just branches.

The neighbor raked the leaves and stuffed them in a sack. After he was done the rest of them did fall.  It is too cold and wet right now to deal with them.

The brightest side of the trimmed back burning bush is very red.  I will trim it all back when we the last leaves fall from it.  It is too cold to be outside today.  We have a subtle wind that takes the temps down to below freezing so it isn't fun to be outside. We got some groceries this morning and will stay in the rest of the day.

Thanks for checking it today.
