Earlier Blog in the Day....

The sun has set but there is still a glow showing from it. Suburbia sunsets show the neighborhood horizon of houses and trees.

The pussy willow tree is putting out a fluffy seed growht that draws the birds in for food and nesting materials.

I do have my own daffodils growing in the garden and I didn't have to buy them at the store.  The stems seem wimpy under our strong winds and i have to weave the fallen one in among the stronger stemmed ones.

The day is cloudy and the promised rains really did not happen. I share the red tulips again hoping this is a different one than I shared before. My grass is getting tall and it is potty but I am sure the people who will be mowing it will be coming soon. I have worked on pulling grass away out of some of my peonies. I have some more work to do on that. My front yard peonies always struggle to come up in the clay soil. The warmer te the ground gets the faster they will shoot up with stems and leaves.  k

Thanks for checking in today. Middle of the week and I will keep on plugging along.

These are pretty photos. I love the tulips. Nice that the willow provides food and nesting material for the birds. I am weary today and taking a break from unpacking. I linked to your post on the Japanese Maple card today.
